Guitar Lesson's

So Zeke has been taking guitar lesson's from an amazing teacher, and now I am starting to take them! My sweet kid is such a smarty pants. We were all sitting around Thursday night playing the guitar and there was Zeke telling me where to put my fingers and which fret and string they need to be on. It was so cool! I am so proud of him! I'll post pictures of him playing as soon as I can! It's a lot of fun playing with Zeke and Mark! I am going to love this!

So a little while ago Zeke and I were shopping at Walmart and we got approached for him to be a model or an actor. So they asked if I would be willing to take him in for an interview with a talent agent and reluctantly I said yes. So a few days from that We all went into Tru Talent Management and they loved Zeke. He was very impressed with him and Zeke really wanted to do it. So after some more debate with his Agent I finally said yes. So below are his photo shoot pictures we had done with the agency. He looks so dang cute! (I think of course)

Swim Lessons...

Okay so everyone out there that wants to have their kids learn how to swim. I have just the place for you! My Mom and I are thinking of doing swim lessons here at my house. I know you are thinking Rachel has no qualifications, but my Mom does, I just have the pool and her expertise in telling me what to do. (plus I do know how to swim) We are looking at June 14 - 25. It'll be two weeks everyday in the morning Monday - Friday. So there is still plenty of time in your day. We think that we are going to charge $30 and you'll get 30 minutes plus 10-15 minutes of free time in the pool. it should be lots of fun and easy to get to. There is plenty of parking and chairs w/ shade. This is a good thing so please let me know if you're interested. Thanks everyone!!!

Zeke

So today we celebrated one of Zeke's Birthday parties! We went to Nickel Mania and we had a blast! I can't believe that tomorrow March 28th my sweet child will be 6 years old. He was so excited to go to nickel mania and now he is so excited for his Birthday tomorrow! We love him so much and are so grateful that he came to us. I will post pictures of everything soon! Love you Zeke Happy Birthday! You are the best!!!

Mom's Birthday

Musical Rooms

So here in our house it has been Musical rooms! We decided to save some money and rent out Mark's office; which he has been in there now for 5 years or a little less. Well that set the train in motion, we decided to move Zeke's room and paint his new room etc... If I had realized what a big pain that would have been I think that I would have thought otherwise. But in the end he loves his new room in fact he now sleeps in there every night and doesn't come to us to sleep with. That is a great blessing. So I moved my office out of the big toy room / my room to Zeke's old room. I have to admit that I really do like it! I have enjoyed having my own little space for all of my crap (as Mark would call it). It has been a great move so far for all of us. This big thing is that now Mark will be in the house, working, seeing what I do all day. Hummmm not so sure about that. Well so far it has been a few days of him in the house and it's been great! It's kinda nice having him even closer. Even though to begin with he was literally 75 steps away. But I know that this is the right thing for us to do. Zeke loves his new toy room / bedroom and I love my new office and Mark loves his. We're all good! It has been very busy for us here lately, but were very blessed to be able to do this. We have also found a tenant for the house Mark was using for his office and we have moved him in and are helping him in anyway we can. I was telling Mark how much I move to help / serve others. It gets me out of Me and makes me feel so much better. He is finally understanding that after 7 years of marriage. I've been telling him for years that I need to do it for me mentally. I am glad that now he can see how much better it is for us to serve others when we can! He is a great man and I am so grateful for him! So to all if you out there! Have a great day!!
